Refund Policy
FORM OYR-REF§01The Guarantee
If you purchased within the last 7 days and have generated fewer than 3 letters, you are entitled to a full refund of your one-time payment — no questions asked, no forms, no retention calls.
§02How to Request
Email support@ownyourreport.com from the address you used at checkout with the subject line "Refund." That's it. We confirm within 2 business days.
§03Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
§04Outside the Guarantee
After 7 days, or once you've generated 3 or more letters, the purchase is final — at that point you've received the core value of the product. We'll still help: if something isn't working, email support and we'll make it right. If you believe your situation is exceptional, write to us anyway; a human reads every message.
§05Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — a refund request is faster for you than a chargeback investigation. Accounts with chargebacks on eligible-refund purchases are simply refunded; accounts with chargebacks outside the guarantee may be suspended pending resolution.
